Japan’s Nissan Chemical will establish a new manufacturing facility for its novel herbicide Ryzonic at joint venture firm Nissan Bharat Rasayan Pvt Ltd in Gujarat, India.
The plant, scheduled for completion in FY2028, aims to support the global rollout of the paddy rice herbicide from 2027 and strengthen long-term supply capacity and market competitiveness.
