Lenzing has expanded its Prachinburi facility in Thailand to begin Asia’s first production of VEOCEL nonwoven-grade lyocell fibres.
The upgrade enhances regional supply reliability, reduces delivery times, and lowers transport emissions by replacing imports from Austria.
The biodegradable, wood-based fibres will support growing demand for sustainable wipes and hygiene products across Asia.
