Vietnam and the Mercosur bloc in South America have launched negotiations for a preferential trade agreement, Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira announced recently at the bloc’s 67th summit in Foz de Iguazu.
The talks will discuss expanding trade through phased tariff reductions and elimination, while addressing related non-tariff measures to facilitate market access.
