The Middle East crisis is increasingly hitting jobs, working conditions and incomes far beyond the region due to higher energy costs, disrupted transport routes, supply chain pressure and migration constraints, the ILO said.
The effects are likely highly uneven, with the Arab and APAC nations the most exposed due to integration with Gulf energy flows, trade routes, supply chains and labour migration.
