Milliken & Company has acquired the assets of Highland Industries in Cheraw, South Carolina, strengthening its US technical textiles business.
The facility will serve as a hub for weaving and knitting.
“This acquisition bolsters the capabilities of Milliken’s technical textiles business to benefit our customers,” said CEO Halsey Cook, affirming commitment to the US textile industry.
