Modern Syntex Limited will invest $7.5 million to expand high-value polyester yarn production at Bangladesh’s NSEZ in Mirsarai, with BEZA signing a land lease agreement.
The project covers a 3.75-acre site.
BEZA highlighted the role of domestic investment in reducing import reliance, while the expansion will use advanced, eco-friendly technologies to boost capacity and serve global markets.
