Mosaic has agreed to sell its Carlsbad, New Mexico potash mine to International Minerals Carlsbad for $30 million, including $20 million upfront and $10 million deferred from 2029.
The buyer will assume asset retirement obligations and take over potash, water business and K-Mag and Dynamate brands.
The deal is set to close in the first half of 2026.
