Nigeria wants to revive the waning Kaduna textile industry to boost the economy, secretary to the government George Akume has said.
The Kaduna textile Industry, once a major employer and economic driver in Nigeria, has witnessed a significant decline.
“We intend to revisit those good old days of the Kaduna Textile to further boost and solidify the economy of the country via industrialisation,” Akume said.
