WTO members failed to resolve the issue of extending the moratorium on customs duties on e-commerce at MC14 in Yaounde, Cameroon.
MC14 chair Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana said “we ran out of time” on many outstanding issues like the work programme on e-commerce and the continuation of the existing moratoriums on customs duties for electronic transmissions and non-violation complaints under the TRIPS.
