Röhm is scaling an in-house technology at its Worms site to process chemically recycled MMA from PMMA, achieving over 90 per cent yield.
The integration supports a closed-loop, scalable system, with recycled MMA set for proTerra products by 2027.
The move strengthens Europe’s PMMA recycling ecosystem and reduces reliance on fossil feedstocks.
