Southern Energy Renewables has signed an MoU with Axens to develop biomass-based sustainable aviation fuel projects, starting with a Louisiana facility.
Axens will provide technologies from CO₂ capture to SAF production, supporting a de-risked pathway to low-carbon fuels, while Southern leads project development and stakeholder engagement.
