With Tonga ratifying the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) on January 26 this year, the total number of ratifications now stands at 162 out of 166 WTO members, nearly 98 per cent of the organisation’s membership.
Developing and least developed members have currently committed to implementing 83.7 per cent of TFA provisions, while the overall rate of implementation commitments stands at 87.4 per cent.
