Transition Industries signed a long-term agreement with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical (MGC) to supply ~1 million MT of ultra-low carbon methanol annually from its Pacifico Mexinol project in Mexico, set to begin operations in 2029.
The deal marks MGC’s first large-scale low-carbon methanol contract, supporting global decarbonisation and sustainable industry goals.
