President Donald Trump has announced a 30-per cent tariff on upholstered furniture from October 1, along with a 50-per cent tariff on all imported kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and associated products.
“The reason for this is the large scale ‘FLOODING’ of these products….by other outside Countries. It is a very unfair practice, but we must protect,….our Manufacturing process,” Trump wrote.
