The UK and California have signed a new clean energy partnership, with Ed Miliband and Governor Gavin Newsom pledging closer cooperation on investment, innovation and climate action.
The agreement will strengthen business and research links, accelerate clean technology deployment and support skilled jobs. Companies including Octopus Energy are also expanding in the US.
