US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will refund tariffs imposed during the Trump administration only after entries are liquidated, according to a recent filing with the Court of International Trade.
There will be a gap of up to 45 days between the acceptance of an entry in the new system and its liquidation, after which refunds will be issued.
