Celanese and Siegwerk have partnered to advance sustainable printing inks using bio-based ethyl acetate containing 50 per cent renewable content.
The solvent serves as a drop-in replacement in existing ink formulations, reducing reliance on fossil-based feedstocks without affecting performance or production processes.
The collaboration supports both companies’ sustainability and circularity goals.
