President Trump has announced a new trade deal with Indonesia after threatening a 32 per cent tariff on its imports from August 1.
The agreement follows direct talks between Trump and Indonesia’s President.
It is the fourth such deal in recent weeks, alongside Vietnam, the UK, and China.
Trump has unveiled new reciprocal tariff rates affecting multiple countries including Sri Lanka, Canada and Brazil.
