A US team will visit India from June 1 to 4 to finalise the details of the bilateral interim agreement and take forward talks on a broader bilateral trade agreement (BTA), the Indian Ministry of Commerce announced yesterday.
This will be the second in-person meeting between the two sides since February 2026.
India’s chief negotiator Darpan Jain had the last in-person meeting in Washington DC in April.
