Walmart Inc. has named Shishir Mehrotra, CEO of Superhuman, to its board of directors, effective immediately.
A 25-plus-year technology veteran, Mehrotra will serve on the Compensation and Management Development Committee and the Technology and eCommerce Committee, bringing deep product, platform and AI expertise as Walmart strengthens its people-led, tech-powered strategy and long-term innovation agenda.
