Westlake Corporation has completed the acquisition of the global compounding solutions businesses of Portugal-based ACI/Perplastic Group.
The deal strengthens Westlake’s Housing & Infrastructure Products segment, expands Westlake Global Compounds’ reach, and adds new specialty products and advanced technologies, while integrating ACI’s experienced team into the group.
