Windjammer Capital has acquired MFG Chemical, a Chattanooga-based specialty chemicals developer serving water treatment and industrial coatings, from Platte River Equity.
Founded in 1980, MFG is known for its complex formulation expertise and flexible manufacturing.
Windjammer plans to support growth via operational excellence, product expansion and strategic acquisitions.
