Zalando is restructuring its pan-European logistics network, including closing its Erfurt fulfilment centre by September 2026 and exiting three partner-run warehouses.
The move follows the Zalando–About You integration and aims to align capacity with demand, improve efficiency and scalability, and support mid-term growth targets of 5–10 per cent CAGR.
