Bangladesh recently formed a fact-finding committee under the Ministry of Commerce to probe the unacceptable price gap between wholesale and retail markets.
The committee will comprise business representatives, members of the administration and professionals.
It will recommend to the government pertinent remedies to tackle the situation, Commerce and Industries Minister Khandaker Abdul Muktadir said.
