Dutch consumer confidence stagnant at -32 in August

Dutch consumer confidence stayed weak in August, with the index unchanged at -32, well below the long-term average of -10, CBS said.
Views on the economy held at -52, as households were less negative about the year ahead but gloomier about the past year.
Willingness to buy remained low at -19, with persistent pessimism on personal finances and large purchases.
