Indian trade bodies FICCI and FIEO have welcomed the signing of the India-UK FTA, with the latter terming it ‘a transformational moment’ for Indian exporters.
It opens unprecedented opportunities across key sectors, especially for MSMEs and labour-intensive industries, FIEO said.
FICCI said it empowers domestic industries to scale globally, engage competitively and leverage value chains more effectively.
