India’s Kerala state today signed MoUs with three central public sector units to roll out a $220-million logistics master plan at the Vizhinjam International Seaport.
With the completion of the second phase, its capacity will expand from a million to 5 million TEUs.
A new 2,000-metre berth, railway yards, multipurpose berths, liquid terminals and tank farms will be added.
