Nigeria will unveil a strategic policy framework for its cotton, textile and garment sector before July, Minister of State for Industry John Enoh said.
The framework would offer broad guidelines for the sector and attract both local and foreign investments.
The pilot has demonstrated that cotton could be planted, processed and transformed into finished garments within six to seven months, he said.
