Turkmenistan is exploring the possibility of exporting cotton to Kyrgyzstan as part of its broader effort to jointly develop the textile industry, Danil Ibrayev, president of the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, said.
The initiative is part of Kyrgyzstan’s strategy to secure stable raw material sources.
Turkmenistan is seeking to diversify export markets for its agricultural products.
