The US and India may soon see a pact that will reverse the reciprocal and penal tariffs on Indian exports, Indian commerce secretary Rajesh Agrawal has said.
He refused to offer a deadline for finalising the pact.
India’s exports to the US rose in November by over 22 per cent YoY despite the US tariffs, offering fresh leverage in ongoing trade talks and easing pressure on New Delhi to strike a quick deal.
