Vietnam’s textile and garment exports (excluding yarn/fibre) rose 8.5 per cent YoY to $26.47 billion in Jan–Aug 2025, while yarn exports fell 3.1 per cent in value but rose 2.8 per cent in volume.
US remained top market, China led yarn imports.
Cotton imports jumped 24.1 per cent in volume.
VITAS has raised its 2025 export target for textiles, garments, and yarn to $47–48 billion.
