Huntsman and Steitz Secura have developed a DALTOPED polyurethane midsole system that enhances circularity in safety footwear by incorporating up to 30 per cent recycled PU without compromising performance.
The innovation enables reuse of PU scrap, supporting sustainable, high-quality shoe production through scalable, waste-reducing manufacturing.
