The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) recently announced the extension of exclusions in the Section 301 investigation into China’s acts, policies and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property and innovation.
The 178 exclusions, which were scheduled to expire on November 29 this year, have been extended until November 10, 2026.
